   on the files of the Hon'ble VIIth Additional District Judge, Ernakulam,
   till the disposal of Original Petition (Civil).


          This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   27-09-2024 and upon hearing the arguments of Smt. TERESA C. JOSEPH,
   Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI.P.K.SREEVALSA KRISHNAN, Advocate
   for R1 and R2, the court passed the following:
