     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the delay
of 16 days in filing this Writ appeal in the interest of Justice.
     This Application coming on for orders on 25/10/2024 upon perusing
the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon
hearing the arguments of ADV.SRI.HARISH GOPINATH for the applicant and of
ADV.SRI.K.BALACHANDRAN for R1, the court on the same day passed the

This is an application to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard Sri. Harish Gopinath, learned counsel for the Applicant and Sri.K. Balachandran, learned counsel for Respondent No.1.

3. Perused the affidavit filed in support of the application. Sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay of 16 days. The delay is condoned and the application is allowed.

3. Post the appeal on 25 November 2024.
