        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the

   to stay the operation of the judgment dated 05/10/2023 in W.P.(C) NO.32842
   of 2022 in the interest of justice, pending disposal of the Writ Appeal.
        This Writ Appeal coming on for orders on 24/10/2024 upon perusing
