        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the delay
   of 347 days in filing the Review Petition in the above cirumstances, in
   the interest of justice.


        This Application again coming on for orders on 24.10.2024 upon
   perusing the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and
   this court's order dated 23.08.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.KRISHNADAS P. NAIR,SCGC for the Review Petitioners, the court passed
   the following:

Learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to file a counter affidavit.

Two weeks time is granted to file a counter affidavit.
