I.A. No.1/2024 [Extension of time]

The application for extension of time to comply with the

first condition in the judgment dated 01.10.2024 is allowed.

The time to pay Rs.50,000/- along with one regular instalment

is extended to 01.11.2024. All other conditions shall be the

same.
