                                JUDGMENT

Dated this the 22nd day of October, 2024

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the

following prayers:

1. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2, representation dt. 3-10-2024 for variation of route from Kizhakupuram to Pathamthittain respect of stage carriage No KL-03-T-3038Kizhakupuram -

Chengannur Route, as submitted by the petitioner seeking to take appropriate actions within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Issue such other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. The RTA Board meeting is scheduled on 24.10.2024

and the matter is in Agenda as item No.35.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed

of, with a direction to the RTA Board to consider and pass

necessary order on Ext.P2 application of the petitioner, in

accordance with law on 24.10.2024, and if for any reason

the decision is not taken on 24.10.2024, the same shall be WP(C) NO. 35529 OF 2024

2024:KER:78518 considered and pass orders within one month thereafter.
