        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to stay further proceedings in SC: NO: 200/2018
   pending before the Honourable 4th Additional Sessions Judges Court (Fast
   Track-2) Thiruvananthapuram till disposal of this petition.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and this Court's order dated 05.09.2024 in Crl.MA.1/2023 and
   upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SUNIL KUMAR, A.SALINI LAL, ARUN
   KRISHNA, NIKITHA SURESH and ADITYA DEV, Advocates for the petitioner and
   of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the court passed the following:

                                           ORDER

The learned counsel is directed to produce copy of the discharge order of A3.

Post on 14.11.2024.

Interim order shall continue till then.
