Dated this the 17th day of October, 2024

The petitioner's husband died of electrocution on

20.08.2023. The body of the deceased was subjected to

post-mortem procedure and the internal organs sent for

chemical analysis. When the petitioner approached her

husband's bank claiming insurance amount due to her,

the petitioner was asked to produce the post-mortem

of her husband's death. The petitioner was not issued

with a copy of the chemical analysis report, since the

scientific examination was not complete. Hence, this

writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondents to

complete the chemical analysis at the earliest.

When this matter is taken up for consideration,

the certificate of chemical analysis and submitted that

the report has been forwarded to the Station House WP(C) NO. 32765 OF 2024

The writ petition is hence disposed of, directing
