        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the operation and all further proceedings in pursuance of Exhibit P6 order
   dated 09-06-2022 in E.A No. 124/2018 in EP No. 04/2018 in O.S No. 34/2016
   of Munsiff Court, Muvattupuzha, pending disposal of this Original Petition
   (Civil), in the interest of justice.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   2.9.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI. P.V.ELIAS, Advocate for
   the petitioner and of M/S. SHIJU VARGHESE & SACHU THOMAS, Advocates for
   the respondent, the court passed the following:
