        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to pass interim orders directing the respondents 3 to 4 to furnish all
   requisite statutory forms, including but not limited to the Sale
   Certificate in Form 21 and the Road Worthiness Certificate in Form 22,
   necessary for the lawful registration of the commercial vehicle mentioned
   in Exhibit P5 in the petitioner's name, pending disposal of this writ
   appeal.
        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 03/10/2024 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum, and this Court's Order dated 24/09/2024,
   the court on the same day passed the following:
