        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment dated 30/4/2024 in O.P.30/2022 on the file of Family
   Court, Kunnamkulam.


        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
   orders dated 03.09.2024 and 11.09.2024, and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.SANTHOSH P.PODUVAL, R.RAJITHA and CHITHRA S.BABU Advocates for the
   applicant, the Court passed the following:
