          28/1385, DHOBI STREET, VELI, FORT KOCHI, FORT KOCHI VILLAGE, KOCHI
          TALUK, PIN - 682 001.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the Judgment
   and decree dated 28.11.2022 in AS No.40/2020 of the court of Subordinate
   Judge, Ernakulam arising out of the Judgment and Decree dated 24.02.2020
   of the Additional Munsiff Court, Kochi in OS No.111/2016, pending disposal
   of the RSA.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 24.09.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.G.KRISHNAKUMAR and VINAY JOHN A.J., Advocates for the petitioner and
   of SRI.MATHEW KURIAKOSE, Advocate for the Respondent, the court passed the
   following:
