                                   JUDGMENT

The petitioner, a transgender, has filed the captioned writ

petition, seeking the following reliefs;

"a) To issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate direction directing the Respondents to incorporate the option of transgender in the process of application for Public Service Commission posts.

b) To issue a Writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to enable the registration of transgender candidates to apply for various posts to the public service commissions."

2. Today, when this matter was taken up, Sri.Dheeraj A.S.,

the learned Government Pleader, pointed out that the option for

applying as a transgender has already been provided on the website

of the Public Service Commission.

3. In the light of the above, nothing survives for

consideration in this writ petition.

Resultantly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
