          DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER FROM AUTOKAST LTD).


        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time for
   compliance of the judgment dated 15/02/2024 in WP(C) No.25013 of 2022 by
   a further period of four months from the date of this petition, in the
   interest of justice.


         This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
