     Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to enlarge the time limit stipulated in judgment
dated on 02.11.2023 to enable the petitioner to pay cost and appearance
before the trial court as ordered for the interest of justice.
     This Application coming on for orders on 15.11.2024 and upon
perusing the application and this court's judgment dated 02.11.2023 and

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the husband has

tendered the amount of Rupees one lakh (Rs.1,00,000/-) ie.,

Rs.75,000/- cost imposed in the judgment dated 2.11.2023 and

Rs.25,000/- cost imposed by us while seeking extension of time

for depositing the amount. Since the amount has been paid,

the application is ordered to be allowed. The parties are

directed to appear before the trial court on 9.12.2024.
