     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to enlarge time
stipulated in judgment dated 02.11.2023, to pay cost and to appear before
the trial court for the interest of justice.


     This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's Judgment
dated 02.11.2023 in above Mat.Appeal, and upon hearing the arguments of

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the husband has

tendered the amount of Rupees one lakh (Rs.1,00,000/-) ie.,

Rs.75,000/- cost imposed in the judgment dated 2.11.2023 and

Rs.25,000/- cost imposed by us while seeking extension of time

for depositing the amount. Since the amount has been paid,

the application is ordered to be allowed. The parties are

directed to appear before the trial court on 9.12.2024.
