                             JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 15th day of September 2024)

The present writ petition has been filed by the

petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent

to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 request of the petitioner

for revision of timings in respect of his stage carriage bearing

No.KL-39/A-9190 on the route Madavana-Gunduparambu-

Kaloor, after hearing the petitioner and other interested

operators.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that

the existing timing of his vehicle will cause huge inconvenience

to the travelling of public. A change in the 5 th trip is also sought

for feasible operation of the service. Hence, he filed Ext.P1

application dated 06.11.2024 seeking revision of timings.

3. The learned Government Pleader submits that

necessary decision will be taken on the application of the

petitioner in accordance with the law after affording an

opportunity of hearing to all affected parties. WP(C) NO. 40409 OF 2024

2024:KER:85825 Considering the above submission of the learned

Government Pleader, the present writ petition stands disposed

of with a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's

Ext.P1 request in accordance with the law after affording an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested

operators, within a period of two months and pass necessary

orders.
