JUDGMENT
The petitioner was appointed as UPST in the school managed
by the 5th respondent. However, the approval of appointment of the
petitioner was declined by the educational authorities on the reason
that the petitioner did not study Malayalam. Being aggrieved by the
orders issued in this regard the petitioner submitted Ext.P18 before
the 2nd respondent which is now pending consideration. The limited
prayer sought by the petitioner is to direct the 2 nd respondent to
take a decision on Ext.P18.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of this writ
petition. Accordingly, it is ordered that the 2nd respondent shall take
up Ext.P18 and appropriate orders thereon shall be passed in
accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the 5 th
respondent. A decision in this regard shall be taken within a period
of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
