                            JUDGMENT

Dated this the 15th day of November, 2024

The writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to

the respondents and those who are working under them, not

to remove the earth from the properties of the petitioner

comprised in Survey Nos.72/5, 72/6-1 and 72/6-2 of the

Vadayar Village, after the construction of the transmission

tower No.40.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration

today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that

the prayers sought for in this writ petition have become

infructuous.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as

infructuous.
