15.11.2024, the court on the same day passed the following:

                                        ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that only 20% of

the claim has been satisfied.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that they have

filed an affidavit placing on record the copy of the seniority of debtors

to whom they owe money.

I am afraid the said stand cannot be taken up, in case the water

authority is under financial crisis, they have to take up the issue with

the Government for recouping the losses and also take steps against

defaulters of water charges. It is made clear that in case the

judgment of this Court is not complied with by the next date of

hearing, Sri.Bhandari Swagat Ranveerchand, Managing Director,

Kerala Water Authority will be directed to be present in court for the

purpose of framing of charges.

Post this matter on 13.12.2024.
