                                         ORDER

The judgment was rendered on 20.9.2023. Though more than a

year has elapsed, the amounts ordered, which include the Provident Fund

Closure amount with statutory interest as well as the Staff Welfare Fund,

have not been paid.

If the directions are not complied with, within four weeks, the

respondent shall appear in person to show cause why action shall not be

taken for flouting the directions issued.
