     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extent the period
of remitting the overdue amount of the bank as per the Judgment of this
Hon'ble court dated 15.03.2024 and direct the respondent bank to keep
abeyance of the further proceedings in the above case, in the interest of
justice.
     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof,this court's Final order dated
15.03.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.DIVAKARAN & BINOI
