                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 14th day of November, 2024

The writ petition is preferred being aggrieved by the

issuance of Ext.P3 whereby the petitioner has been

disqualified by the 2nd respondent thereby Director

Identification Number (DIN) and Digital Signature Certificate

(DSC) have been deactivated. This is the circumstance, in

which the petitioner has approached this Court.

2. When the matter considered on 26.08.2020, this

Court has passed an interim order directing the respondents

to activate DIN and DSC of the petitioner for the limited

purpose of making statutory filing and uploading in respect of

active companies within the State of Kerala, in which the

petitioner is the Director.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration

today, the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent

submitted that the deactivation of the petitioner is for a

certain period, i.e., 01.11.2018 to 31.10.2023. Thereafter,

the petitioner is very much active in the DIN and DSC.

4. Under such circumstances, it appears that no

further orders are required in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
