                               JUDGMENT

The writ petition is preferred, alleging police

harassment by respondents 1 and 2. It is the case of the

petitioner that the dispute between the petitioner and the

3rd respondent is directed to be settled by the 2 nd

respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, it is submitted by

the counsel for the petitioner that nothing survives in the prayer

sought in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
