                                JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 12th day of November, 2024)

The writ petition is preferred alleging police

harassment by respondents 1 and 2. It is the case of

the petitioner that he is allegedly involved in offences

under Sections 406, 506, 363, 354 of the Indian Penal

Code and under Sections 7,8, 11 (v) read with Section

12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences

Act, 2012. It is further stated that, he already

obtained bail from this Court as per Ext.P1 order.

2. Per contra, the learned Government

Pleader submitted that, the conditions prescribed in

Ext.P1 has not been complied with by the petitioner.

When he was directed to comply with the conditions,

rather he has preferred this writ petition alleging

police harassment.

3. On going by the facts and circumstances

involved in this case, I don't find any reason to

interfere with, on the ground of police harassment.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
