                             JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 12th day of November, 2024)

The writ petition is preferred alleging police harassment.

It is the case of the petitioner that, respondents 4 and 5 are trying

to encroach the property of the petitioner which was resisted by the

petitioner. Against that, respondents 4 and 5 preferred a complaint

before the Kumarakam Police Station. In that connection, petitioner

and her daughter was summoned to the police station.

2. When the matter was came up for consideration on

23.10.2020, this Court directed respondents 2 and 3 to take notice

of Section.63 of the Kerala Police Act, 2011 and also directed them

to follow the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure. On the

basis of the said direction, it appears that no further direction is

necessary.

Accordingly, the interim order dated 23.10.2020 is made

absolute and the writ petition is closed.
