                                     ORDER

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the

alleged contemnor submits that the EPF Board has asked the

petitioners to submit their account details for payment of

pension in compliance of the judgment dated 11.06.2024 in

W.P.(C) No.12749/2017. He further submits that, within ten

days from today, the pension amount as directed by this Court

will be remitted to the respective accounts of the petitioners,

provided the petitioners furnish their account details.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he

will furnish the account details of all the petitioners to the

learned counsel for the EPF Board today itself.

Post this matter on 22.11.2024.
