                              JUDGMENT

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the following

prayers:

" i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ direction or order directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to operate the service as per Exhibit P1 permit on the route Kasargod - Kanganhad via Chattanchal Kalanad with the set of timings issued to in respect of his stage carriage KL-14/L 2626 forthwith or within a time limit ;

ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ direction or order directing the 2nd respondent not to insist the petitioner to operate the service as per Exhibit P4 Notice to Cheroor in respect of his stage carriage KL-14/L 2626 forthwith or within a time limit;

iii) to issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Honourable Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case."

2. The petitioner has been issued notice in Ext.P4. The

petitioner should participate in the proceedings of notice dated

01.10.2024 and explain his position.

For the aforesaid purpose, no direction is required from this

Court and therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to
