                            JUDGMENT

Dated this the 8th day of November, 2024

The petitioner approached this Court seeking

expeditious disposal of S.M.No.2428 of 2024 pending before the

respondent. The learned Government Pleader points out that

Ext.P1 application was filed only on 23.10.2024 and more than

1400 applications are pending before the Land Tribunal for

disposal. In such circumstances, the petitioner being a senior

citizen aged 65 years, there will be a direction to the respondent

to take up and dispose of S.M.No.2428 of 2024 within a period

of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
