     EDAKKAD AMSOM, KANNURKARAR DESOM, P.O. KADALAYI, KANNUR- , PIN -

     Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to keep
in abeyance the execution of the Decree and Judgment dated 30.10.2019
passed in OS 416/2013 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Thalassery
(including the delivery in EP No.205/2023) till the disposal of the Delay
condonation petition, IA 02/2024 in AS 12/2024 on the file of the
Principal Subordinate Judge Court, Thalassery.
     This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
SRI.K.RAJESH SUKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the
