     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
and all further proceedings in pursuance of judgment dated 30.09.2024 in
OP(others) 1817/2023 on the files of the Honourable Family Court, Punalur,
in the interest of justice.


     This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
of MR.M.RAJESH Advocate for the applicant, the Court passed the following:

The appellant will take out notice before admission to the

respondent by Speed Post.

List on 16.12.2024.

The execution of the judgment dated 30.09.2024 of the learned

Family Court, Punalur, in O.P.No.1817 of 2023, against the appellant,

will stand stayed on condition that he furnishes security to the

satisfaction of the learned Family Court, for the entire decree debt,

along with interest, within a period of one month from today. If any

property of the appellant has been attached and it is without any

other encumbrance, the same can also be offered.
