                             JUDGMENT

The present writ petition has been filed with the following

prayers:

"i.To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 1st respondent to make necessary endorsement in the registration certificate regarding the CNG conversion of the vehicle KL 47/D 47 by considering Exhibit.P9 application submitted by the petitioner in the light of Exhibit.P1 to Exhibit.P8 and related documents, forthwith, in the interest of justice.

ii. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on Exhibit.P9 application by taking in to consideration Exhibit.P1 to Exhibit.P8 and related documents expeditiously or at any rate within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice.

iii. To issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Hon'ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case."

Considering the limited prayer made in this Writ Petition, the

present Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st

respondent to consider Ext.P9 application expeditiously, preferably

within a period of three weeks from the date of copy of the

judgment submitted before the 1st respondent.
