Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the delay
of 143 days in re-presenting the above revision petition in the interest
of justice.

the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon

This is an application filed by the petitioners, seeking an order to
condone the delay of 143 days in re-presenting the revision petition
after curing the defect noted by the Registry.
2. Having considered the averments in the affidavit filed in
support of this application and also the submissions made at the Bar,
we find that the petitioners have shown sufficient cause for condonation
of delay.
Accordingly, the C.M.Application is allowed by condoning the delay
of 143 days re-presenting the Rent Control Revision.
