        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to pass an interim order staying the operation of Exhibit P1 award
   and P3 judgment during the pendency of the above Writ Petition.


        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.N.RAGHURAJ(SENIOR ADVOCATE)along with SMT.AMMINIKKUTTY, STANDING
   COUNSEL for the Petitioner, M/S.JERRY M VARGHESE,LEKSHMI S.NAIR&ELIZABETH
   SIMON, Advocates for the Respondent, the court passed the following:

                                         ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that there is a change of vakalath and seeks time for taking instructions and for filing statement.
