                       JUDGMENT

The writ petition is preferred being aggrieved by non

registration of vehicle Hyundai i20 Magna Executive vehicle

with Chassis No.MALBM51BLJM545226D and Engine No.

G4LAJM876388.

2. In fact, the 4th respondent purchased the vehicle

and after obtaining the temporary registration, he returned the

vehicle to the dealer i.e., the petitioner herein. Thereby, there

occurred a delay in registering the vehicle. Under such

circumstances, the dealer has come before this Court for

registration of the vehicle. As the time limit was over, the

registering authority had denied the registration.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for

consideration, the learned Government Pleader submitted

that, subsequent to that, on 17.03.2021 the registration was

done and the vehicle was assigned with number.

Under such circumstances, it is not required to grant

any further relief in the writ petition. On considering the said

submission, it is apposite to close the writ petition, as the

relief sought in the writ petition has already been given.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
