                                       JUDGMENT

The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following

reliefs:

"(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order commanding 1st respondent to consider and take a decision on Exhibit.P2 joint application filed by the petitioners for transferring the permit of the vehicle mentioned in Exhibit.P1 by allowing to circulate the application as provided under Rule 130 of KMV Rules 1989 without any delay And

(ii) To pass such orders or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice."

2. Mr V S Sreejith learned Government Pleader submitted that

the petitioners' application for transfer of permit in Ext.P2 shall be

considered expeditiously.

3. Considering the said stand of the learned Government

Pleader, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the

respondents to consider and pass necessary orders on the petitioners' WP(C) NO. 39084 OF 2024

joint application in Ext.P2 for transferring the permit of Vehicle No. KL-

10-BC-7114, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months.
