Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the 2nd respondent to issue occupancy certificate and
building number to the petitioners building, till the disposal of the
above writ petition (civil).
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
02/07/2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LINDONS C.DAVIS,
E.U.DHANYA, N.S.SHAMILA & CHINJU P. JOYIES, Advocates for the petitioner,
the court passed the following:

ORDER
There will be a direction to the respondents to cause an
inspection of the building of the petitioner and to find out whether
the construction put up has been in tune with the permit granted
to him.
2. The respondents shall also specifically state the
violations/deviations, if any and shall file an affidavit before this
Court within three weeks from today. The petitioner shall be
served with a notice prior to the inspection.
