                           JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 5th day of November, 2024)

The present writ petition has been filed seeking

the following reliefs:

"1. Call for the entire records relating to Exts P1 and P2 from the respondents;

2. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or order or direction to the respondents 5 and 6 to change the nature nature of tariff of the electricity connection of the petitioner bearing consumer No. 1157094026086 from LT-1A to LT-4A at the cost of the petitioner without insisting for NOC from the respondents 1 to 4 and accept Ext P2 application, as expeditiously as possible within a time limit as fixed by this Hon'ble Court;

3. Such other relief that this Honorable court may deem fit to render justice to the Petitioner."

2. The issue involved in this writ petition is

covered by the judgment of this Court dated

12.12.2018 passed in W.P.(C).No.10832/2017.

the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of
