        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to pass an interim direction directing the 2nd respondent to
   consider Exhibit.P4 application on the strength of Exhibit.P1 & P2
   Certificates and Exhibit.P3 Common Order without any further delay,
   pending disposal of the above writ petition.
        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.G.HARIHARAN, PRAVEEN.H., K.S.SMITHA, B.R.SINDU, V.R.SANJEEV KUMAR,

The learned Government Pleader submits that presenting only online applications are being processed for legal heirship certificate and the petitoner has submitted only the physical copy of the application.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that online application will be filed immediately.
