        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay the operation and implementation of Exhibit P7 judgment,
   so as to secure the interests of justice.

        This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
   petition and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's
   order dated 02.09.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.ANIL KUMAR,
   A.K.PREETHA & DEVIKA MOHAN Advocates for the petitioners and of M/S.
   P.N.MOHANAN & C.P.SABARI Advocates for the respondent 3, the court passed
   the following:
