                           JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the

following reliefs:

"i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order, directing the respondent to consider Ext.P2 request for revision of timings in respect of stage carriage, KL-53-F-4950 operating on the route Edakkara-Karulai, within a reasonable time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ii) grant such other reliefs as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. The limited prayer sought for is for a disposal of Ext.P2

representation, seeking revision of timings in respect of stage

carriage, KL-53-F-4950 operating on the route Edakkara-Karulai

within a specified time period.

4. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned

Government Pleader, there will be a direction to the respondent to

consider and dispose of Ext.P2 in accordance with law, within a

2024:KER:81371 period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment, after hearing all interested parties.

The writ petition is disposed as above.
