        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of decree and judgment in REFA No. 28 of 2021 on the file of the Kerala
   Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Ernakulam arising out the order of the
   Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Thiruvananthapuram in Complaint
   No. 121 of 2020 on the file of dated 27.01.2021 pending this appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 19.03.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.G.
   HARINDRANATH, AMITH KRISHNAN H., M. GOPIKRISHNAN, SARAYOO S. Advocates for
