        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to modify the
   condition mentioned in paragraph 7 of the judgment dated 16.03.2022 in
   Mat.Appeal Nos.1394 and 1395 of 2017 of this Honourable Court in the
   following manner by allowing the applicant/appellant;

        i) to communicate with the child over video conferencing from 3.00
   p.m. to 3.30 p.m.(Doha time) on Friday every week vide through IMO, and

        ii) to have custody of the child for a period of four weeks in a
   year in India or in United Kingdom in the best interest of the child and
   in the interest of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S. SOMAN P. PAUL, YASH THOMAS MANNULLY, AND PREETHI ANNIE ALEX
   Advocates for the applicant, and of M/S.T.K.BIJU (MANJINIKARA), BIJU
   C.VARGHESE and BINDU N.RAJAN Advocates for the respondent, the court
