            Petition praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit

   filed therewith the High Court be pleased to 1. Issue a direction to the

   JFCM, Thiruvalla to expedite the trial in CC.No.122/2012 within a time

   limit fixed by this Honourable Court in view of Exhibit P2 judgment. 2. To

   dispense with the production of translation of vernacular language. 3. To

   grant such other relief as this Honourable Court may deem fit in the facts

   and circumstances of the case.



             This OP(Criminal) coming on for admission upon perusing the

   petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the

   arguments of M/S.ELDHO PAUL and TESSY JOSE, Advocates for the petitioner

   and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondents, the court passed the

   following:

                                            ORDER

The Registry shall obtain instructions from the Judicial First

Class Magistrate's Court, Thiruvalla as to the possibility of disposing of

CC.No.122 of 2012 expeditiously and also the timeline required for such

disposal.
