        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all coercive proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P8 Revenue
   Recovery Notices, pending disposal of the Writ Petition (Civil).


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.M.C.JOHN Advocate for the petitioner, SMT.KABANI DINESH, STANDING
   COUNSEL for respondents 1 & 2 and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for respondent 3,
   the court passed the following:

Smt.Kabani Dinesh learned Standing Counsel appears for R1 and R2 and seeks time particularly as to the action taken by her client subsequent to Exhibit P7 judgment.
