        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed by the judgment
   dated 29.11.2023 in Crl.A.No.167/2022 of the II Additional Sessions Court,
   Kozhikode arising out of the judgment dated 30.04.2022 in ST 65/2019 in
   the Court of Judicial Magistrate of the First Class - VIII, Kozhikode
   pending final disposal of the Revision Petition.
        This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHARAN SHAHIER, RAKHY BABY, ITTY
   PAULSON, TREESA SHAJI & STEPHY MARY SAJI, Advocates for the petitioner and
   of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the first respondent, the Court passed the
   following:

                                            ORDER

Sentence on the petitioner will stand suspended on executing a bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate and also on deposit of 20% of the cheque amount within one month from today.
