                               JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with following prayers :

"i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondent to dispose of Ext.P1 within a time frame.

ii. Issue any other appropriate order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case." [sic]

2. The only prayer in this writ petition is to consider

Ext.P1. Ext.P1 is addressed to the Chief Minister and the

Revenue Minister. As evident by Ext.P2, the same is forwarded

to the respondent, who is the Land Revenue Commissioner. If

Ext.P1 is pending before the respondent as on today, there can

be a direction to consider the same, with notice to the petitioner

and the affected parties.

Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with the

following direction :

If Ext.P1 is pending before the respondent as on today, the

same shall be considered and pass appropriate orders in it,

after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and

other affected parties, within six months from the date of

receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
