This is an application for condonation of delay.

Heard. Allowed.

Adv. T.B. Remani takes notice for the respondent.

2. The contention of the review petitioners is that

the respondent/writ petitioner is not entitled to get

farmers pension with effect from 2016 and he is entitled

to get farmers pension only from 14.08.2020.

3. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the

respondent that the respondent is getting farmers pension RP NO.503 of 2024

from August, 2021.

Since it is admitted that the respondent is entitled

for farmers pension from 14.08.2020, there will be a

direction to the review petitioners to pay the farmers

pension due to the respondent for the period from

14.08.2020 upto July, 2021 within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Post on 31.07.2024.
