                               JUDGMENT

Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that in

compliance of the directions contained in the judgment the Tahsildar,

Kunnathunadu has proceeded in the matter and is awaiting permission of the

RDO, Muvattupuzha to take further steps in the matter. It is submitted that

the matter will be finalized as directed in the judgment immediately on

receiving necessary instructions from the RDO, Muvattupuzha.

2. Taking into consideration of the above submission, this contempt

of court case is closed, making it clear that if the proceedings are not finalized

within a reasonable time, it is open to the petitioner to file an application for

reopening the contempt of court case.
