                                           ORDER

This Court has issued directions as per Annexure A1

judgment to consider Form-6 application submitted by the

petitioner at the earliest and fixed a time limit of two months,

taking note of the serious health condition of the petitioner and it

is specifically noted in the judgment that the said direction was

issued specifically taking note of the difficulties pointed out by the

petitioner.

2. In spite of the said direction issued by this Court, orders

have not been passed despite delay of almost 3 months and that

no petition seeking extension is seen filed in the writ petition.

I am granting one more chance to the respondent to comply

with the directions to avoid the contempt. Post on 05.04.2024. If

orders are not passed as directed in the judgment, the respondent

shall be present before this Court to answer the charges of

contempt.
